ED SHEERAN – British singer-songwriter superstar Ed Sheeran shared a video of a karaoke session with Ben&Ben and Calum Scott.
Before his successful concert in the Philippines, Ed Sheeran took some leisure time to partake in a cherished Filipino tradition—karaoke. The English singer-songwriter shared a playful Instagram video, showcasing himself pushing a backstage karaoke machine for his team, concert organizers, and opening acts Calum Scott and Ben&Ben to enjoy.

With the karaoke machine in hand, Ed Sheeran moved around, encouraging those nearby to join in singing various tunes. Expressing his excitement, Ed stated, “Karaoke is a huge thing here in the Philippines, so I found a portable machine to wheel around backstage before the show tonight in Manila. Shout out to @benandbenmusic and @calumscott for bringing the A game. And to Kev for joining in the fun”
The video captured moments of singing popular songs such as ABBA’s “Dancing Queen,” Maroon 5’s “This Love,” Frank Sinatra’s “My Way,” Beyonce’s “Love On Top,” and even Ed’s own track “Thinking Out Loud.”
Before arriving in the Philippines, Ed had visited a karaoke venue in Jakarta, Indonesia, where he pleasantly surprised a group of teenagers showcasing their singing talents.
Ed’s visit to the Philippines was part of his ongoing Mathematics Tour, with the concert held on Saturday, March 9, 2024, at the SMDC Festival Grounds in Parañaque City.
Throughout the concert, Ed consistently encouraged the audience to join in and sing along, rewarding their participation with approving smiles. The performance included a substantial selection of his songs, featuring popular hits like “Perfect,” “Happier,” and “Thinking Out Loud.”
