Andi undertook the solemn duty of confirming her mother’s passing. During the funeral proceedings commemorating Jaclyn’s life, Andi expressed sincere affection and gratitude towards those who fondly remembered her mother.
Jaclyn Jose’s burial took place on March 10 at The Garden of the Divine Word Columbary in Quezon City, following a week-long wake at the Arlington Memorial Chapel. Despite the distance, Jaclyn’s son, Gwen Garimond Ilagan Guck, managed to attend her interment.
In a recent touching post, Andi bid a tearful farewell to her mother, expressing gratitude for the love and guidance Jaclyn had imparted. She vowed to cherish precious memories forever, recognizing that Jaclyn’s love would serve as a source of strength during this period of sorrow.
Andi’s heartfelt words, “Sa kahit saang parte ng aking buhay parati kitang madarama. Parati kitang makikita. Ika’y nasa araw, sa ulan, at sa hanging aking nilalasap. Umaawit ng kantang puno ng pag- asa at ligaya. Wala na ang sakit. Wala na ang takot.”
