Who are qualified to apply for a PWD ID in the Philippines? Contrary to what many people know, the said type of identification document is not only for individuals who are on a wheelchair or those who are bedridden.

To check the qualifications in getting the identification document for persons with disabilities, here is a guide on the coverage:

  • Individuals with speech impairment
  • Individuals with psychological disability including depression, bipolar disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and other long-term and recurring mental and behavioral issues.
