Luis Manzano talks about being a father and a husband
LUIS MANZANO – The actor-host recently shared that being a father and a husband gave him a new purpose in life.
It can be recalled that the first episode of Barbie’s interview vlog series “Coffee Talk with Barbie Forteza” was released on her YouTube channel last June 2022 where she interviewed actress Bea Alonzo.
Luis appeared on the second episode of Barbie’s interview vlog series where he talked about him being a father to his daughter Rosie and being a husband to his wife Jessy Mendiola.
Luis told Barbie in an interview that being a father and husband gave him a new purpose.
“‘Yung uwing uwi ka dahil gusto mo makita ‘yung baby mo, diba totoo po ‘yun. And the smallest things na gawin, as if parang biglang nagiiba ‘yung mundo mo masabi lang niya ‘yung papa, baba or yung smile sa ‘yo,” he said. “Kahit anong pagod mo sa trabaho, ma-re-realize mo na it’s worth it.”
According to the actor-host, his family’s happiness is the most important thing for him. He also said that time “slows down and speeds up at the same time” when it comes to family.
Luis Manzano and Jessy Mendiola got married in 2021. The actress announced the birth of Isabella Rose or Rosie last January.
It was last month when Barbie Forteza appeared on Luis Manzano’s interview vlog series “Luis Listens” where she got real about her love life and on-screen loveteam with actor David Licauco.
At that time, Barbie told Luis that she had to take some time off during the height of the #TeamBarDa craze when some netizens were already involving her personal life. The actress also said that there’s no bad blood between Jak Roberto and David Licauco.
