Among the ‘100 Most Beautiful Faces of 2023’ is Andrea Brillantes
ANDREA BRILLANTES – The Kapamilya young actress has made it to the “100 Most Beautiful Faces of 2023” list for the first time.
According to the 2023 rankings by the critic website TC Candler, Andrea secured the 16th spot and is the only Filipina in the Top 20. She surpassed several other Filipina celebrities who have been regulars on the said list, with Ivana Alawi in 21st place, Liza Soberano in 28th place, Janine Gutierrez in 45th place, and Belle Mariano in 71st place.
It’s worth noting that Liza holds the longest streak on the list (nine consecutive years). She ranked 23rd last year, 18th in 2021, and topped the list in 2017. For Ivana, this marks her fourth inclusion, having been in the Top 6 last year, fourth in 2021, and 11th in 2020.
On the other hand, Nancy McDonnie of the K-Pop girl group Momoland was hailed as the “Most Beautiful Face of 2023,” followed by Russian model Dasha Taran and TWICE member Sana for the second and third places, respectively.
Four male Filipino personalities also made it to the “100 Most Handsome Faces of 2023,” including two members of the Pinoy pop sensation SB19! Ken and Josh secured the 34th and 71st places, respectively. Also, two members of the P-Pop boy group Horizon, Kyler and Reyster, landed in the 27th and 58th spots.
Topping the “100 Most Handsome Faces of 2023” is the American-French actor Timothée Chalamet. For reference, this annual list began in 1990 and represents over 40 countries in its rankings.
Meanwhile, Andrea Brillantes, whose real name is Anndrew Blythe Daguio Gorostiza, gained recognition for her role as ‘Marga Mondragon’ in the ABS-CBN television series “Kadenang Ginto.” She started her career at a young age and has become one of the most prominent young actresses in the Philippines. Apart from her acting career, she is also known for her social media presence, where she shares updates about her life, fashion, and various interests.
