During the Thursday, November 23 episode of It’s Showtime, Vice Ganda had a seemingly meaningful banter. In a segment called “MeCHOOSE-MeCHOOSE” of the said noontime show, there was a contestant named “Cristy.”

“Kumusta ka, Cristy? Anong pinagkakaabalahan mo, Cristy, bukod sa paggawa ng mga kasinungalingan?” Vice asked. “Raket, raket lang po,” replied the contestant.

However, some netizens said that he’s referring to a different Cristy. Here are some of their reactions from the comment section of the shared art card by Kapamilya Online World:

Meanwhile, MeCHOOSE-MeCHOOSE is a game introduced on November 18, 2023, where participants have the chance to win up to ₱100,000. The game consists of two rounds: the elimination round and the jackpot round. In the elimination round, either twenty randomly selected audience members or ten participants from a specific community play, answer questions or engage in Tumpakners until only one contestant remains. The last person proceeds to the jackpot round.

In the jackpot round, participants choose a box from a set of five with numbers (2, 4, 6, 8, 10) and pair it with another set of four boxes with zeros. After shuffling, the contestant must place the chosen box, believing it contains an even number, on the left side. Opening the boxes from right to left determines the prize, ranging from ₱2 to ₱100,000.
