Rosmar Tan posts something about BIR after revealing her daily earnings
ROSMAR TAN – The social media personality and highly successful entrepreneur posted a message about the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) following her revelation about her daily earnings.
Rosmar caused a significant online stir by revealing that her skincare brand generates daily earnings ranging from PHP5 million to PHP13 million. This revelation occurred during an episode of Toni Gonzaga’s YouTube vlog, “Toni Talks,” uploaded on November 27, 2023.
In the interview, Toni introduced the topic, mentioning that her sister Alex Gonzaga informed her about Rosmar’s business earning PHP5 million a day. Rosmar clarified, stating, “Yun po yung medyo mahina na ako nun.” She further explained, “Nung may time po na kasagsagan ng sobrang-sobrang lakas po, pumapalo po minsan ng 13, 10 to 13 [in millions of pesos]. Pero kasama po na yung puhunan.”
Thanks to her brand’s success, Rosmar now leads a comfortable life with her family and has invested in various properties, including luxury vehicles. She mentioned, “Ngayon po meron po kami Ferrari, [Lamborghini] GT-R, Porsche.” Additionally, Rosmar disclosed that she and her husband, Nathan Harisson, have invested in approximately 20 real estate properties.
Meanwhile, a netizen analyzed the figures and contended that if Tan’s daily earnings amount to at least P5 million, she should be liable to pay up to P540 million in annual taxes.
This prompted her to react. She noted: “wag mag pakalat ng fake news. Di naman nakakatakot ang BIR kasi maayos na ang sistema nila ngayon. gagabayan at tuturuan ka pa nila sa tamang pagbabayad ng buwis🥹❤️ #TopWithHoldingAgent.” In the comment section of her post, she noted: “mema content lang kayo e. ako na naman trip nyo.” In another comment, she wrote: “yung iba na iinspired. pero marami talaga ang.”
