Rob Gomez: “First time ko hong nasabi ‘yun, itong surprise plano ko sana.”
ROB GOMEZ – The “Lovers/Liars” actor said that he wants to take his partner Shaila Rebortera and their daughter Amelia to Japan.
The actor, who currently stars in Kapuso primetime series “Lovers/Liars”, is praying that the spirit of Christmas will bring his family back together.
Rob said in an interview with PEP.ph during the premiere night of “Shake, Rattle, and Roll Extreme” at SM Megamall in Mandaluyong City last Friday that he wants to take his partner and their daughter to Japan to take some quality time away from the showbiz industry.
According to him, he has been planning to surprise them with the trip abroad. He also clarified that he both loves his partner and their daughter.
“Ang Christmas wish ko ho ay makapag-ibang bansa kasama ang daughter ko at ang nanay ng aking daughter. I still have my Japan visa. I haven’t been to Japan yet so… I pray. I pray,” Rob said. “First time ko hong nasabi ‘yun, itong surprise plano ko sana. Makikita niya ho siguro ito.”
In the same interview, Rob gave an update about the preparations for his daughter’s birthday on December 5. He shared that he’s able to communicate with Shaila and he’s involved with the preparations for their daughter’s first birthday.
The “Shake, Rattle, and Roll Extreme” actor also said that he’s hoping to reconcile with his partner and reunite with his daughter. According to him, he hasn’t seen his daughter since August but he believes time will come “very, very soon”.
Rob Gomez and Shaila Rebortera’s relationship hit a rough patch when he said in an interview on “Fast Talk With Boy Abunda” that he was single. He later apologized and introduced his family to the public through a social media post.
