Mom of 4-Year-Old Boy Shamed by TikToker to Take Legal Action “Discreetly” Over Viral Ice Cream Video
NICO MENESES ISSUE – The mother of the 4-year-old boy shamed by a TikToker over ice cream said that they will take legal action “discreetly.”
Recently, a certain De Castro Adie took to social media, calling out Nico Meneses and Jen Michole Te after they uploaded a video on TikTok featuring her 4-year-old son without her consent. According to the boy’s mom, they will file a child abuse and cybercrime lawsuit.
In a TikTok video with over 17 million views, Nico can be seen at a playground with an ice cream in hand. His child approached him and took a lick. Seconds later, Adie’s 4-year-old son came forward to have a bite. However, Nico seemed to shame the boy, saying, “UY! DI NAMAN KITA ANAK! GUSTO MO RIN?? PABILI KA SA MAMA MO!” According to the mother of the 4-year-old, the uploader did not have consent to post the video in which her child was bullied.
One netizen commented, “NGAYON KA MAGTAPANG NICO.” Another netizen agreed that not giving ice cream to the child was better. “Mas mabuti nga na hindi nya binigyan ng ice cream o kahit anong pagkain yung bata kasi what if allergic may ingredient dyan sa pagkain na allergic yung bata+,” the netizen noted.

Meanwhile, the mother of the boy has deleted her first post. According to her, they have already obtained what they need. She also thanked those who expressed their concern. She stressed that their next steps will all be “discreet” like how Nico took the video of his son in secret and posted it for “public shaming with malicious intention.” In the last part of her post, she cited a Bible verse, Isaiah 55:8-9.
