Robi Domingo: “I can disclose that we are 70 to 75 percent complete”
ROBI DOMINGO – The Kapamilya TV host gave an update about his and his fiancée Maiqui Pineda’s preparations for their wedding.
The TV host revealed in an interview during the ABS-CBN Ball held in Makati last September 30, 2023 that they’re “70 to 75 percent complete” with their wedding preparations.
“As of yesterday, I can disclose that we are 70 to 75 percent complete [with our wedding preparations],” he said.
Robi also kept mum on the date of their special day, saying that he will be scolded if he revealed it to the public.
The TV host has previously shared that the theme of their wedding is going to be Filipino, and reiterated such, while also mentioning that the songs that will be played on their wedding day will also follow their “very Filipino” theme.
He also revealed that his best man “is gonna be one of my best friends and my brother”.
It was last September 27, 2023 when the TV host celebrated his birthday with his fiancée. At that time, he shared that he got his birthday wish as they were informed by doctors that his fiancée’s health is “improving a lot”.
To recall, Maiqui disclosed her Dermatomyositis diagnosis to the public last August.
It can be recalled that he said in an interview with the entertainment media at the sidelines of PIE Channel’s media and trade Conference in Quezon City last August that he’s the one who told his fiancée that they should delay the wedding “nang konti” because of her condition but he cried when she told him to give her “something to hope for”.
At that time, Robi said that he became a “groomzilla” because he’s doing the work for their upcoming wedding while Maiqui is focusing on her health.
