Tourist Visa
- valid passport
- validity must be at least six (6) months prior to visit to Kuwait
- two (2) photographs
- two (2) completed Kuwait Visa Application Forms
- Birth Certificate
Family Visit Visa
- Birth Certificate
- valid passport
- validity must be at least six (6) months prior to visit to Kuwait
- two (2) completed Kuwait Visa Application Forms
- two (2) photographs
- proof of relationship or kinship
- Original and copy of the civil ID of the sponsor (or the family who resides in Kuwait)
- latest salary certificate for foreign sponsor
Business Visa
- valid passport
- validity must be at least six (6) months prior to visit to Kuwait
- Birth Certificate
- two (2) completed Kuwait Visa Application Forms
- two (2) photographs
- Kuwait sponsor or company
- copy of the sponsor’s signature as registered for business purposes
- Kuwait visit visa application and security form filled out by the sponsor
- copy of the sponsor’s letter of invitation to the business, stating the purpose of the visit.
Submit your documents at the Kuwaiti Embassy in Manila at the 8th Floor of the Total Corporate Center in Kalayaan and Triangle Avenue Global City, Fort Bonifacio in Taguig.
