TONI FOWLER – The content creator has issued an official statement in response to the case filed against her by the Kapisanan ng Social Media Broadcasters ng Pilipinas or KSMBPI.

On Friday, September 29, the celebrity mom took to her Facebook page to share a detailed statement addressing the lawsuit. “IPara sa KSMBPI, nais kong punahin at sagutin ang kasinunglingan ninyo sa media,” she began in her widely circulated online post.

Toni asserted that KSMBPI has no authority to dictate or restrict her actions.

She urged KSMBPI to conduct proper research, particularly since the behind-the-scenes footage of her music video had been posted online. “Ikaapat, kung nagawa natin magsampa ng kaso, sana ay nagawa din natin mag research nang maigi dahil may BTS Vlog ang MV ng MPL,” she pointed out.

Concluding her statement, Toni affirmed that she is prepared to face the charges filed against her.

Meanwhile, Toni Fowler has been slapped with criminal charges by KSMBPI. According to reports from DZBB, Fowler has been charged with violating Article 201 of the Revised Penal Code in relation to the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012.

The case reportedly stems from three music videos in which Fowler sang explicit content. This did not sit well with the organization, particularly considering that a significant portion of Fowler’s audience is said to consist of young people.
