For Employed Applicants:
- duly-accomplished UK Visa Application Form
- two (2) photographs taken within the past six (6) months (in color)
- Philippine passport that is valid for at least three (3) months more beyond the date of depature from the United Kingdom; it should have one blank page for the visa
- proof of financial stability
- bank statements for the last six (6) months
- payslips for the last six (6) months
- proof of accommodation during your stay in the United Kingdom; no need to fully pay a hotel accommodation yet
- detailed travel itinerary of what to do in U.K.
- Tuberculosis Test results
- Biometric information including the fingerprints and a digital photograph captured at the appropriate application center
- UK Visa invitation letter if you will be staying at a friend or a family member’s house
- UK cover letter stating the purpose of the visit to the United Kingdom and your background
- letter from employer that explains your position at work, salary, and length of employment
For Self-Employed Applicants:
- duly-accomplished UK Visa Application Form
- two (2) photographs taken within the past six (6) months (in color)
- Philippine passport that is valid for at least three (3) months more beyond the date of depature from the United Kingdom; it should have one blank page for the visa
- proof of financial stability
- bank statements for the last six (6) months
- payslips for the last six (6) months
- proof of accommodation during your stay in the United Kingdom; no need to fully pay a hotel accommodation yet
- detailed travel itinerary of what to do in U.K.
- Tuberculosis Test results
- Biometric information including the fingerprints and a digital photograph captured at the appropriate application center
- UK Visa invitation letter if you will be staying at a friend or a family member’s house
- UK cover letter stating the purpose of the visit to the United Kingdom and your background
- business registration documents indicating the name of business owner and the date when the business started
For Students:
- duly-accomplished UK Visa Application Form

- Philippine passport that is valid for at least three (3) months more beyond the date of depature from the United Kingdom; it should have one blank page for the visa
- proof of financial stability
- bank statements for the last six (6) months

- proof of accommodation during your stay in the United Kingdom; no need to fully pay a hotel accommodation yet
- detailed travel itinerary of what to do in U.K.

- UK Visa invitation letter if you will be staying at a friend or a family member’s house

- letter from your education provider or school confirming your enrollment and leave of absence
