Liza Soberano: “Honestly like lately, I’ve been working on a lot of projects that I am self-producing”
LIZA SOBERANO – The actress recently shared that she has been attending film school.
The actress revealed this when she was interviewed on the sidelines of the anniversary gala of Vogue Philippines. Also, the actress revealed the reason why she decided to attend film school.
Liza said in an interview with ABS-CBN News that she has been enjoying the process of working behind the scenes and she’s excited about it.
The actress also shared that the reason why she decided to attend film school is that she has been working on a lot of projects that she’s self-producing and she also “aspires to one day go into directing”.
“Right now in life I am just having fun, enjoying the process. Because right now I am going to film school as well,” she said. “I’ve been working a lot of behind the scenes lately so I’m just really excited about that.”
The actress also revealed that she has been taking film classes from director Dan Villegas, who is currently teaching at Ateneo. She also said she hopes to continue taking classes for film.
Also in an interview with ABS-CBN News, the actress expressed how proud she is of her boyfriend Enrique Gil, who will be headlining a new movie. Enrique will be starring in the comedy film “I Am Not Big Bird” which he’s also co-producing.
The actress said that she’s happy to see Enrique flourishing and the project he’s working on is something he’s producing himself.
Liza was also asked in an interview if they still see each other in person despite their busy schedule. According to the actress, she and her boyfriend still see each other “every once in a while, occasionally”.
It can be recalled that the actress appeared in Vicki Belo’s vlog where she opened up about her numerous insecurities.
