The Kapisanan ng mga Social Media Broadcaster ng Pilipinas, Inc. (KSMBPI) has filed charges against Toni Fowler.

The social media personality is facing charges in connection with violating Article 201 of the Revised Penal Code in relation to the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012.

TONI FOWLER – The content creator has been slapped with criminal charges by the Kapisanan ng mga Social Media Broadcaster ng Pilipinas, Inc. (KSMBPI).

Toni is a well-known Filipino YouTuber, vlogger, TikToker, actress, and social media influencer. She is recognized for her comedic skits, vlogs, and music videos, and she has built a substantial following. Toni initially gained fame through her portrayal of Gemma in the television series “A1 Ko Sa ‘Yo.”

Her journey in the entertainment industry began in 2015 when she ventured into the realm of social media. Toni creates content on YouTube and TikTok, amassing an impressive following of 7 million subscribers on the latter platform.

Frequently, she shares her thoughts, experiences, and opinions on various topics, endearing herself to many fans. Toni’s outspoken nature and engaging online presence have solidified her as a prominent influencer in the Filipino digital landscape. She is a mother to a daughter named Tyronia, her child with Aron Manalo, also known as Tatay Eloy, her former boyfriend.

Meanwhile, the content creator has been slapped with criminal charges by the Kapisanan ng mga Social Media Broadcaster ng Pilipinas, Inc. (KSMBPI). According to reports from DZBB, Fowler has been charged with violating Article 201 of the Revised Penal Code in relation to the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012.

The case reportedly stems from three music videos in which Fowler sang explicit content. This did not sit well with the organization, particularly considering that a significant portion of Fowler’s audience is said to consist of young people.

Previously, Vice Ganda and Ion Perez were also charged with criminal cases by the same group. It was in connection with their icing incident on It’s Showtime.
