When asked about the encounter between Gerald Anderson and Maja Salvador, Julia Barretto walked out
JULIA BARRETTO – The actress walked out after being asked about the recent encounter between her boyfriend, Gerald Anderson, and Maja Salvador.
The two are currently generating a buzz online following their encounter at the recently concluded FIBA World Cup 2023. In a viral TikTok video clip, Gerald can be seen approaching the seats of Maja and her husband, Rambo Nuñez, at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan.
Gerald first greeted Rambo, and they even shared a hug. Then, he greeted Maja with a kiss on the cheek, or “beso-beso.” This happened during the first game of Gilas Pilipinas against the Dominican Republic on August 25, 2023.
Their encounter has sparked mixed reactions from netizens, with some suggesting that “all is well” between them.
However, when asked about the encounter between her boyfriend and Maja, Julia Barretto, the current girlfriend of Gerald, chose to leave after hearing a question from one of the press members. She simply stated, “Oh, my goodness madam, I don’t have time for this bye.”
To recall, Maja and Gerald broke up in 2015 after being together for two (2) years. In a previous interview, Maja admitted that her relationship with Gerald was one of her ‘biggest mistakes.’ According to her, her career was severely affected at that time due to the hate she received from the fans and supporters of Kim Chiu, who is also an ex-girlfriend of Gerald.

“Dapat hindi namin pinilit. Oo, na-in love kami sa isa’t isa pero siguro yung mahirap na sa umpisa pero parang andiyan na eh!” she said. Apart from Maja and Kim, Gerald Anderson has also been in relationships with Bea Alonzo and Sarah Geronimo.
