Wally Bayola Apologizes After ‘Cursing’ on E.A.T

Wally Bayola publicly apologized for “cursing” during the ‘Sugod Bahay mga Kapatid’ segment

WALLY BAYOLA – The E.A.T host apologized after using explicit language in the August 10 episode of the “Sugod Bahay mga Kapatid” segment.

In the said episode, Wally and Jose were engaged in a conversation with the show’s hosts, namely Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, and Joey de Leon, collectively known as TVJ. While the camera was focused on Jose, Wally, who was not visible on the screen at the moment, was overheard uttering explicit words. Even TVJ expressed surprise at what they had heard and attempted to hush Wally.

It remains unclear whether Wally was aware that his microphone was still active during the incident. The incident prompted some netizens to call the attention of the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB). Apparently, some netizens speculated that the MTRCB might overlook Wally’s actions due to the agency chair’s association with the E.A.T. hosts. MTRCB is headed by Lala Sotto, the daughter of Tito Sotto and Helen Gamboa.
