HEART EVANGELISTA – The actress and fashion icon declared that she’s now in a “calmer place” and stressed that she “can’t live without” her husband, Senator Chiz Escudero.
In the latest episode of “Adulting with Heart and Chiz” on her YouTube channel, Heart told her husband that she hated him for the wrong reasons and she looked at him as the enemy when he’s actually her guardian angel the whole time.
Senator Chiz Escudero, for his part, said he never thought of giving up on their marriage.

HEART EVANGELISTA – The Kapuso actress shared the reason why friendship breakups are more hurtful than romantic breakups.
The actress and fashion icon, together with her husband Senator Chiz Escudero, recently released a new “Adulting with Heart and Chiz” episode where they talked about love, marriage, friendship, and dealing with a heartbreak.
This was Heart and Chiz’s first episode after having gone through a rough patch in their marriage.
While her husband said friendship and romantic breakups hurt “at the same level”, she said in their vlog that friendship breakups are more hurtful than romantic breakups. According to the actress, she’s always very clingy to her friends because she doesn’t have a lot of friends in the past. She added that she has always felt like an “outsider” and “misunderstood”.
“Whenever I had just like key people, I literally would tell them that I couldn’t live without them, although [I feel] that was where I went wrong. Because I should have gone to you instead of them,” she said.
The fashion icon noted that she treats her friends like a family and that she shows them the good and the bad because she’s “confident that they saw [her] heart first”, adding that it’s painful because likened a friendship breakup to having written her thoughts in a diary, which, after some time, was “stolen” from her.
Heart also said that she doesn’t believe in outgrowing people. She added that romantic and friendships relationships would work if there’s a communication between individuals.
The Kapuso actress was also asked how she deals with “being betrayed by friends”. She admitted that she doesn’t even have an answer to that but she’s “still in the process of it all” and she’s “just living, as we speak”.
It was last August 17, 2023 when Heart renewed her contract with Sparkle GMA Artist Center during an event at The Residences at the Westin Manila in Pasig City. But prior to this, Heart has addressed the issue regarding her falling out with her glam team.
“Life is like that. Madami tayong pagdadaanan with our careers, with our personal life. But everything’s for a reason, and everything is for us to be stronger so we can face anything else in life. So, I am very happy,” she said in a report on “24 Oras” last August 14, 2023.
