Actress-fashion icon Heart Evangelista reacts to falling out with her glam team
HEART EVANGELISTA – The actress and fashion icon has addressed the issue regarding her falling out with her glam team, specifically her makeup artist, Justin Louise Soriano, and her hair stylist, Jeck Aguilar.
In an exclusive interview with Lhar Santiago of 24 Oras, which was aired on the evening of Monday, August 14, 2023, Heart was questioned about the matter.
However, she did not delve into the specifics regarding the reasons behind Justin and Jeck’s resignation. She simply commented, “Life is like that. Madami tayong pagdadaanan with our careers, with our personal life. But everything’s for a reason, and everything is for us to be stronger so we can face anything else in life. So, I am very happy.”
Amidst the issue, Heart Evangelista mentioned that her husband, Senator Francis “Chiz” Escudero, has been her source of strength.
Meanwhile, the issue of Heart Evangelista being left by her glam team began to draw attention when Justin and Jeck were seen accompanying Rhian Ramos instead of her at the GMA Gala 2023 event, held on July 22 at the Manila Marriott Hotel.
Subsequently, netizens noticed that Heart was no longer posting pictures with Justin and Jeck, despite their frequent appearances alongside the Kapuso actress, both within and outside the country. Later on, rumors spread that a credit card issue was the cause of the falling-out between Heart, Justin, and Jeck.
Allegedly, Justin and Jeck used Heart’s credit card without her knowledge. In response, Justin chose to address the accusations and clarify the situation. He emphasized that it was Heart herself who utilized and reached the credit card’s limit.
