Awra Briguela Files Counter-Affidavit Against Complainant Over Bar Incident

Awra Briguela has filed a counter-affidavit

AWRA BRIGUELA – The controversial Kapamilya star has lodged a counter-affidavit in response to the accusations leveled against him following his involvement in a confrontation in Poblacion, Makati on June 29.

The 19-year-old actor personally submitted his response affidavit to the Makati City Prosecutor’s Office on August 30. He was accompanied by his legal counsel, Atty. Mikaelo Jaime Reyes, as reported by DZABB.

Awra contended that the complainant, Mark Christian Ravana, had violated several laws, including section 1 of the Anti-Wiretapping law and the Safe Spaces Act. Additionally, Ravana was accused of slight physical injury. The Safe Spaces Act is designed to protect individuals from gender-based harassment.
