Ogie Alcasid to Kris Aquino: “Mare, I post this to send my family’s love for you and your family”
OGIE ALCASID – The singer-songwriter recently shared that he’s able to visit his “dear kumare” Kris Aquino and her sons Bimby and Josh in the United States.
The singer-songwriter posted a photo on his social media account on Wednesday where he gave a glimpse of his meeting with Josh and Bimby. Kris Aquino, however, was noticeably absent in the said photo.
Ogie is currently in the United States for his “KilaboTitos” North American tour with Ian Veneracion.
In the caption of his post, the singer-songwriter said it was so great to see Bimby and Josh who have the utmost concern and care for their mother. He also said that Kris Aquino is his “dear kumare”.
Ogie went on to share a message for the Queen of All Media, saying that he posted the photo to send his family’s love for her and her family. According to him, he’s happy that he’s able to pray with her to seek for the Lord and His healing upon her.
“Mare, I post this to send my family’s love for you and your family. I am happy that I was able to pray with you today to seek for the Lord and his healing upon you,” he said. “The Lord bless you and keep you and your family.”
Fellow celebrities Melai Cantiveros and Darla Sauler were delighted to see Ogie with the Aquinos, while fans thanked him for being a “true friend” to Kris Aquino. Mark Leviste even left a heart emoji in the comments section of the singer-songwriter’s Instagram post.
It can be recalled that Kris gave an update about her health as she posted a series of photos on her social media account last August 10, 2023. At that time, the former actress said her doctor gave her a 2nd dose of “biological injectable” to help lower her “very high” IgE.
