Onyok Pineda, the sidekick of Cardo Dalisay in FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano
ONYOK PINEDA – The child actor rose to fame when he became part of FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano starring actor-director Coco Martin.
Recently, he went to the social media platform Instagram wherein he shared a glimpse of his milestone following the completion of his elementary school at the Real Central Elementary School in Quezon Province. In the caption, his mother couldn’t contain her happiness as her son finally finished elementary school. Onyok graduated with honors.
In the said post, Onyok shared photos that displayed the medals and certificates he received for doing really well in school during his elementary years. He also took pictures with his friends who graduated on the same day.
People on the internet congratulated the former child star in the comments. They expressed how proud they felt seeing Onyok achieve an important accomplishment in his life.
Onyok became famous when he joined the action-drama series FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano as one of the original cast members when it started airing in 2015. He left the show in 2017 after his character reunited with his long-lost mother, Alessandra de Rossi, in the series.
His mother clarified why Onyok left the popular primetime show after rumors spread on social media that he was forced to leave because of her. She explained that they wanted to temporarily pause his acting career to prioritize his education.
Following his time on FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano, Onyok participated in Your Face Sounds Familiar Kids, a talent competition, where he finished as a runner-up behind the TNT boys.
