Dominic Roque: “God always has His perfect time for all of us.”
DOMINIC ROQUE – The actor recently shared a video of his wedding proposal to his now-fiancée, actress Bea Alonzo.
Bea Alonzo confirmed her relationship with Dominic Roque last August 2021.
To recall, Bea Alonzo posted a series of photos on her social media account and announced that she and her now-fiancé are officially engaged. According to her, they got engaged last July 18, 2023.
On Instagram, the actor shared video snippets from their nearly four years together. He also narrated how everything made sense after he met the actress.
“It’s like finding myself in someone else. Nagbago ang pananaw ko sa mundo. In this crazy world we live in, I found my peace,” he said. “You and me is the peace I was longing for all along.”
The actor also made a touching promise to his partner before showing the behind-the-scenes footage of his wedding proposal to her at Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar in Quezon City. He told her that he will be her “pahinga” in a chaotic and noisy world.
Dominic also shared a footage of the actual wedding proposal. As seen in the video, Bea Alonzo was surprised when he gets down on one knee and pulled out the red box and she started crying even before the actor could start his speech.
In his speech, the actor told his partner that they have been together for almost 4 years and they have had their fights, happy times, crazy time together, and a roller coaster ride of their lives. He added that they got through it all and he knows they will go through a lot more together.
Dominic then told Bea that he wanted to spend his whole life with her forever. The actor went on to pop the question to her and Bea said “Yes” before they kissed and hugged each other.
It was last July 20, 2023 when Dominic Roque celebrated his 33rd birthday.
Meanwhile, Bea Alonzo admitted in a report on “24 Oras” that she was already expecting the wedding proposal from Dominic Roque. However, she said that she thought the wedding proposal would take place on one of their upcoming trips outside the Philippines.
