Cristy Fermin praises Vice Ganda
VICE GANDA and AWRA BRIGUELA – Cristy Fermin couldn’t help but draw comparisons between the two, who are known for their close friendship, in her entertainment program.
According to Cristy, Vice Ganda is known for attending bar parties, but unlike Awra, the comedian never gets involved in any trouble. Cristy also praised Vice for being well-behaved and knowing how to control himself even when drinking.
“Sa tinagal-tagal po ng pagiging popular ni Vice Ganda… hindi talaga siya gumagawa ng gulo. Tahimik lang siya. Alam niya kung paano itrato ang pag-inom at ang pagpunta sa bar,” Cristy said.
“Madalas siyang lumabas noon, bar hopping talaga kung bar hopping pero mayroon po ba tayong nabalitaan na si Vice Ganda ay nasangkot sa kaguluhan sa mga bar? Wala po. Alam niyang ilagay ang alak sa tiyan, hindi sa ulo. Malayong-malayo dito kay Awra Briguela,” she added.
To recall, Awra made headlines last week following his arrest after an altercation at a bar in Poblacion, Makati City. In the CCTV footage posted by social media influencer Xian Gaza, it can be deduced that it was Awra and his group who insinuated the scuffle. In the video, Awra was forcing a man to take off his clothes, especially his pants.
Awra went wild, prompting the man and his companions to ask for help from the authorities. When the police arrived at the scene, he was promptly handcuffed and brought to the police station. Awra stayed at the detention for a day or two until his release on Saturday. He was released after posting bail amounting to P6K.
