Fernando Carrillo talks about his past with Korina Sanchez
FERNANDO CARRILLO – The Venezuelan actor who starred in the Mexican telenovela, Rosalinda, recalled dating Korina Sanchez.
Carrillo is a renowned Venezuelan actor, model, and singer. He received his education mainly in London and later graduated from the Central University of Venezuela.
Fernando gained significant fame through his roles in telenovelas, particularly in shows like “María Isabel” and his most popular one, “Rosalinda,” where he starred alongside Mexican superstar Thalía. He was also part of a music band in Venezuela, along with his two siblings.
Currently, Fernando resides in Tulum, Mexico. In 2020, he married Maria Gabriela Rodriguez, an illustrator from Colombia. They welcomed a son named Milo Carrillo Rodriguez in 2022.
Throughout his career, Fernando has appeared in numerous television shows, including “La dama de rosa,” and “Primavera.” At present, he’s in the Philippines for product endorsements and a reality show collaboration with his business partners. The reality show aims to discover Filipino talent that can achieve success similar to the popular Korean group BTS.
On his visit to the country, he made an appearance on GMA-7’s “Fast Talk With Boy Abunda.” In his interview, which is set to be aired on June 8, he opened up about his past with broadcaster Korina Sanchez.
At first, Fernando Carrillo hesitated to mention Korina’s name due to concerns about potential repercussions. However, after Boy Abunda assured him that there was no reason to worry. Then, he decided to share the details. To his surprise, Boy revealed that Korina had already discussed their past.
According to PEP.ph, if Korina watches Fernando’s interview, she will likely be pleased by the compliments, admiration, and high level of respect expressed by the Latino actor towards her.
