The family of Patrick Guzman issues a statement particularly details about his wake and cremation
PATRICK GUZMAN – The family of the Filipino-Canadian actor has issued a statement following his death due to a heart attack.
It was on June 15 when the ’90s heartthrob passed away due to a heart attack. He died at the age of 56 in Ontario, Canada.
Following his death, his family issued a statement expressing deep sadness over Patrick’s sudden and unexpected passing and conveyed the immense loss felt by his wife and their children, Aiden, Aerielle, and JAM. Patrick is survived by his mother, Jesusa, and siblings Theresa (Dave), Beuna, Christine (Scott), and Michael. His father, Carlos Guzman, had passed away in 1999. The statement also mentioned that Patrick will be dearly missed by his nieces, nephews, in-laws, cousins, extended family, and friends.
The family has made arrangements for Patrick’s wake and cremation. Relatives and friends will pay their respects on Thursday, June 22, 2023, and Friday, June 23, 2023, in Ontario, Canada. The Funeral Mass will take place at Ward Funeral Home, 52 Main Street South, Brampton, at 10:30 am on Saturday, June 24, 2023, followed by cremation.
Patrick’s career in showbiz began when he was discovered in a Swatch television commercial. He went on to have a successful run in both TV and movies, starring in numerous films during the ’90s and early 2000s. Eventually, Patrick made the decision to settle in Canada permanently, where he resided with his family.
