Here’s the message of a netizen to Ai-Ai Delas Alas following her message to Betong Sumaya
AI-AI DELAS ALAS – A netizen slammed the Comedy Queen after the latter expressed her support to Betong Sumaya, one of the new hosts of Eat Bulaga.
Recently, the comedienne took to social media to express her admiration and support for her friend and fellow comedian Betong Sumaya.
In an Instagram post, she shared an art card featuring a photo of both of them, accompanied by the phrase, “Kindness is a gift everyone can afford to give.” In her heartfelt caption, Ai-Ai addressed Betong directly, mentioning that she saw him looking sad on TikTok.
She acknowledged the difficulties he might be facing in his current situation and expressed understanding as a fellow artist who follows orders. Ai-Ai went on to describe Betong as a kind-hearted person who shows respect to his seniors, praising him as one of the genuinely good artists she has encountered.
Eventually, Betong Sumaya responded to the message of Ai-Ai. In the comment section, he thanked his fellow comedienne for the encouragement and support. He’s also looking forward to working with the Comedy Queen again.
Meanwhile, an Instagram user with the handle name @anne_20jms criticized Ai-Ai for showing support to Betong and not to TVJ, the iconic trio of Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto and Joey de Leon. The netizen noted: “wow nakisimpatya ka sa kanya pero sa tvj hindi kala ko ba malapit ka sa tvj mas higit na mas masakit ang ngyare sa tvj kase 44 yrs ang pinaguusapan.”
