Herlene Budol: “Until now, iniisip ko pa rin kung deserve ko pa rin bang sumali after ng mga sinasabi sakin ng mga tao.”
HERLENE BUDOL – The actress and beauty queen said that her bashers negatively affected her mental health.
The actress currently stars in Kapuso Afternoon Prime series “Magandang Dilag” alongside actors Rob Gomez and Benjamin Alves.
Herlene appeared on Wednesday’s episode of “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” where she shared how her bashers affect her mental health negatively.
In an interview with Boy Abunda, Herlene said that she already thought about quitting Miss Grand Philippines after her bashers cruelly commented about her performance in the pageant.
She also shared that she has been second-guessing herself because of her bashers’ negative thoughts about her. According to her, her bashers affected her mental health negatively.
“Umabot po sa punto na hindi ako nakakatulog, hindi ako nakakapag-cell phone, dinelete ko po lahat ng apps ko sa cellphone ko at hindi na rin po ako [nakakain] ng 2 days po ah,” Herlene said. “‘Yung mental health ko noon, zero talaga.”

The “Magandang Dilag” star shared that it’s the first time that she has a lot of bashers. However, she said that she’s not backing down from the beauty pageant.
Herlene also gave a preview of her new pasarela walk, dubbed as “Grand Budol Walk”. To recall, the “Squammy Walk” was Herlene’s pasarela when she competed in Binibining Pilipinas in last year.
The beauty queen, who was the 1st runner-up in Binibining Pilipinas 2022 and also garnered 7 special awards, announced earlier this month that she passed the first screening of Miss Grand Philippines.
