Here’s the response of Herlene Budol to critics over Miss Grand PH 2023 Q&A

HERLENE BUDOL – A candidate in the Miss Grand Philippines 2023 pageant admitted feeling hurt by the criticisms she has been receiving following the sashing ceremony and press presentation. Held on June 20 at Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria, the event introduced the official candidates via a live online stream.

Herlene, regarded as an early favorite, was chosen to answer questions during the Q&A segment. When asked what she had besides a large social media following to win the crown, Herlene initially responded with a playful comment about her “big heart”. However, she later asked for the question to be repeated, claiming she did not understand it because it was in English. When translated into Filipino, Herlene mentioned that her experience was another asset.
