Valentine Rosales supports Rendon Labador

VALENTINE ROSALES – The controversial media personality has switched sides and chosen to support Rendon Labador amid his criticism against Michael V. aka Bitoy.

It was on April 29 when Bitoy went to social media wherein he left a message to content creators. “The first thing any ‘content creator’ should understand is the meaning of the word: ‘CONTENT,'” he noted.

Rendon, who’s also a content creator himself, reacted to it. “Masakit na katotohanan na laos na kayo. WE CONTROL THE MEDIA NOW,” he said. “INFLUENCERS are the new celebrities! Kung hindi ninyo kayang makipagpatalinuhan sa mga INFLUENCERS sa pag-produce ng content.. manahimik na lang kayo. MAINSTREAM IS DEAD!!! Social media is the NEW MAINSTREAM,” he added.

Michael V. garnered support from a significant number of netizens and well-known personalities, including Kuya Kim Atienza, Joross Gamboa, Dr. Kilimanguru, Kakai Bautista, and Tuesday Vargas, who specifically, denounced Rendon’s behavior. She clarified that she is not seeking conflict with influencers, but she finds it intolerable when someone shows disrespect towards her admired artist.

Apparently, infamous social media personality Valentine Rosales chose to side with Rendon Labador. In a comment retrieved by balita.net.ph, he noted: “I agree with Rendon 100% go baby.”

Meanwhile, Michael V. or Bitoy, whose real name is Beethoven Del Valle Bunagan, is a highly accomplished actor, comedian, and recording artist. He has gained immense popularity through his appearances in the GMA Network shows Bubble Gang and Pepito Manaloto.

The nickname “Bitoy” originated from a kiddie TV character portrayed by comedian Bentot. As a high school student, Beethoven imitated Bentot’s voice after watching his guest appearance in Iskul Bukol. His classmates started calling him “Bitoy,” and the nickname has stuck with him to this day.
