Labador and Tulfo have been making headlines online due to their ongoing exchange on social media. The feud started when a fake statement attributed to Tulfo defending comedian Michael V., also known as Bitoy, against Labador, went viral.
Although the false statement was debunked, it sparked a heated online argument between Labador and Tulfo. Labador made it clear that he was not interested in engaging in conflicts with older individuals. In a post, he stated, “Good morning! Hindi talaga ako pumapatol sa mga matatanda, buti nalang fake news.” Labador emphasized that his main advocacy is correcting misconceptions to educate Filipinos. He asserted that he focuses on his work and is not interested in personal disputes.
In response to Labador’s comments, Tulfo reacted after a follower brought the post to his attention. Tulfo shared a piece of advice he received from his beloved mother, which was, “Bilin ng mahal naming ina sa aming magkakapatid, ‘wag pumatol sa mga babae.”
Labador took Tulfo’s advice seriously and uploaded a video challenging him to a face-to-face confrontation on Bitag. As expected, the video sparked mixed reactions from netizens.
One notable commenter on Labador’s video was Kakai Bautista. She expressed her opinion that Rendon should seek professional help. Bautista even used the hashtag #PrayForRendon to emphasize her concern.
