Lovely Abella: “Nakasanayan na natin mag live selling or umorder na lang online”

LOVELY ABELLA – The celebrity entrepreneur said that a physical store is “hindi na masyado approve” by Filipinos nowadays.

To recall, the celebrity entrepreneur announced that she and her husband Benj Manalo decided to close their live selling mall and will focus on doing live selling on their social media platforms.

Recently, Lovely posted a video where she responded to a netizen saying “ito ang totoong nag nenegosyo success or hindi na sheshare nla”.

In the video she posted on TikTok, Lovely said that it’s better to share not only success stories because there are times that people are encouraged to do business even though they don’t know what they are doing.

The celebrity entrepreneur also said that people are not also aware about their business because they are only encouraged by what they saw.

Lovely went on to tell her TikTok viewers that a physical store is not approved by Filipinos nowadays since people are already used to doing live selling or just ordering products online.

Aside from this, the celebrity entrepreneur also shared that they decided to give up their business when they saw that their live selling mall was no longer having an ROI or return of investment.

Nung nakita namin na hindi talaga siya nag-a-ROI, wala talaga siyang tulong, at tsaka kinakain na yung ibang negosyo namin para makapagpasweldo or makapagbayad ng rent, then ginive up namin,” she said.

It was last December 2022 when the couple opened their first live selling mall.

In a TikTok post, Lovely Abella revealed that the reason why she and her husband decided to close their live selling mall is that they no longer earn enough to pay their monthly rent. “Hanggang June na lang kami dito,” she said.
