JOYCE PRING – The podcast host and content creator recently spoke about the first month as a mother of her two children.
To recall, Joyce gave birth to Alonso Eliam last July 2021 and welcomed Agnes Eleanor last April 21, 2023.
On Tuesday, the content creator posted a series of photos to mark her daughter’s first month. She also shared what she learned from the first month as a mother of her two kids.
In the caption of her post, she said that the past two weeks have been challenging for her as Eliam is finally realizing that he’s not the only baby anymore.
Although Eliam has been gracious and kind to baby Aggie, Joyce said that there have been “rough moments and full-blown meltdowns” because Eliam “wants to reclaim his mama when the baby is nursing or fussing”.
“What I’m learning is this.. sometimes seasons in life are tougher than what you prepared for, and instead of fighting it with a calloused heart, you just have to learn to ride the wave and ask God for grace and help,” Joyce said.

The content creator also shared that the first month as a mother of two kids has been “overwhelming”. However, she said that the first month as a mom of her two children has also been most “fulfilling”.
According to the content creator, her daughter is healthy, happy, and beautiful, while her son Eliam is slowly learning and growing and stepping into his new role as an elder brother.
She added that despite the daily challenges, her family is whole and her heart is overflowing with love.
