In a Facebook post, Darryl expressed his admiration for Juliana, stating that even with just a few raindrops, she would go back to Pasay to relieve her mother in selling “pares” because she didn’t want to lose any sales.

“Iba yung sanay sa hirap, hindi takot sa trabaho…ang tanging kinatatakutan ay maghirap ang mga mahal sa buhay. pinakuhanan ko siya ng litrato sa driver nya, kasi pinili nyang wag magshoot ng content at kumita—masigurado lang nyang di maulanan ang nanay niya,” he added.

The controversial director also shared that he had tasted the “pares” sold by Juliana Parizcova Segovia. He noted: “Natikman ko rin ang binenta nilang Pares,sobrang lambot—dapat lang! sa isang gaya nyang walang ngipin, DAPAT LANG! pero mas malambot pa rin ang puso mo laban sa lahat ng karneng pinagpupuyatan nyong ibenta.”
