MOND GUTIERREZ – The TV host revealed that actress-host Solenn Heussaff started her career in the showbiz industry as his makeup artist.
Solenn and Mond appeared in the latest vlog of Dr. Vicki Belo titled “SOLENN HEUSSAFF & MOND GUTIERREZ SPILL THE TEA!”
In an interview with the celebrity doctor, Mond recalled how Solenn found her way into the show business industry. He shared that Solenn was doing some modeling when she moved to the Philippines.
However, Mond said that Solenn wanted makeup to be her main thing.
“So I asked her, ‘Sos, why don’t you do my makeup for my shows, and let’s see how it turns out for you. Maybe we can suggest you for ads in the future’,” Mond said in an interview.

Richard then revealed that Solenn started coming with him to GMA Network to his hosting gigs and doing his makeups.
The TV host pushed Solenn to explore on-cam work, forcing her to join the show “Survivor Philippines”.
According to a report on GMA News Online, Solenn Heussaff became one of the runner-ups in “Survivor Philippines” in 2010 and got discovered to star in other Kapuso shows as well.
The actress-host has different roles in the showbiz industry over the years – from being a host in “Taste Buddies” to starring in many films of different genres. She is also a businesswoman, a designer, and an accomplished artist.
Solenn Heussaff and Nico Bolzico tied the knot in 2016 and have two children Thylane and Maëlys.
