Jodi Sta. Maria: “It’s been a while since nagkaroon kami ng commercial ni Thirdy”
JODI STA. MARIA – The “Unbreak My Heart” star recently spoke about working with her son Thirdy anew on a new endorsement.
The Kapamilya actress and her son have been named as the newest brand ambassadors of local fast-food chain Chowking, promoting an improved presentation of Chowking’s popular lauriat.
ABS-CBN News reported that the actress signed a new endorsement on April 20, 2023, but with her son Thirdy this time.
The actress said in an interview with reporters that it’s been a while since she and her son have a TV commercial. She also shared that she was ecstatic to see her son improve his acting skills during the shoot.
“It’s been a while since nagkaroon kami ng commercial ni Thirdy. Grabe, siyempre ang laki na niya,” she said. “Sobra lang akong na-proud sa kaniya na parang na sa acting skills ni bagets may pinagmanahan. Nakakatuwa lang.”

Jodi also revealed that unlike their past endorsement when he was still younger where costume designers decide about his outfits, the brand allowed her son to style himself this time.
Despite that, the actress admitted that she doesn’t see Thirdy entering the showbiz industry soon. According to her, her son appeared to be carving his own path outside the showbiz industry.
Jodi Sta. Maria is set to star in the series “Unbreak My Heart” with actor Joshua Garcia and Kapuso stars Gabbi Garcia and Richard Yap. The series will air on GMA Network this year and will stream in 15 territories outside of the country on Viu.
