“Wow Bulaga” Poster Goes Viral Amid ‘Rebranding’ of Eat Bulaga

Amid alleged rebranding of Eat Bulaga, a “Wow Bulaga” poster resurfaces

WOW BULAGA – A poster featuring Willie Revillame, Allan K and Bretman Rock has surfaced on social media amid “rebranding” of Eat Bulaga.

The longest-running noontime variety show is making a buzz online after reports surfaced that there was an internal problem between the executives of Eat Bulaga and its founding producer

Allegedly, Romy Jalosjos, a former congressman, wants to take over Television and Production Exponents (TAPE) from Tony Tuviera, his business partner, and the show’s original hosts, Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, and Joey de Leon.

Based on the report by online site Bilyonaryo, Jalosjos plans to kick out Tuviera and TVJ out of the show. A source of the said site, noted: “He just waited to Tito to get out of politics before launching his takeover bid.” Reporetedly, Jalosjos is in contact with Willie Revillame about leading “Eat Bulaga” after he retakes control of TAPE.

The issue was also discussed on the radio show of Cristy Fermin. “Mayroon pong internal na problema na nagaganap sa programang ito. Hindi po kami magbabanggit ng mga pangalan pero meron po talaga. Hindi naman kasi isang tao lang po ang nagpapatakbo o nagmamando ng Eat Bulaga. Ito po ay isang korporasyon, marami po sila dito,” the columnist said.

Meanwhile, a poster about the possible new title of Eat Bulaga under the leadership of Jalosjos is currently making rounds online.

Willie Revillame, Allan K, and influencer Bretman Rock are said to be leading a new show titled “Wow Bulaga.” Aside from them, also included in the poster were Jose Manalo, Wally Bayola, Miguel Tanfelix, Tyronia Fowler, and Rosmar Tan.

However, the poster which was first posted by a certain Piper Semplor-Ortiz on Bekis of Pageantry 2.0 Facebook page appears to be not legitimate.
