Former child star Jana Agoncillo is now a teenager
JANA AGONCILLO – The former child star who rose to fame in the Kapamilya series, “Ningning” is now a teenager.
The actress who is now 13 years old has been posting some updates about her life through the social media platform, Instagram. Fans quickly noticed that she’s now a grown up.
One fan said: “Dalaga na si Ningning❤️ Sana magkaroon ka na ulet project.” Another fan wrote: “Para kang si Beauty Gonzalez langga. Napakaganda mo.”
Aside from Ninging, she also starred in the Kapamilya series such as; Dream Dad and Starla. She also appeared in the movies; Nervous Translation (2017), Coming Home (2020) and Tía Madré (2019).
It was in September 2022 when she shared online that she underwent an acting workshop with Star Magic, the talent management arm of ABS-CBN. According to her, she was only 3-years-old when she started attending workship.
Despite not having a show, she’s grateful to attend such workshop because for her, “acting is a continuous learning.” She also shared some of her realizations as an actress. “To be honest it takes a lot of patience, discipline, determination, hard work, and trust if you really want to be an actor. And specially stay humble and grounded. I’m forever grateful,” she said.
Aside from the teleryes and movies, she also appeared in several episodes of Maalaala Mo Kaya. The longest drama anthology in Asia concluded on December 24, 2022 after three decades of airing.
