Netizens unwittingly compare Liza Soberano and Sandara Park
LIZA SOBERANO – Netizens unwittingly compared the actress and “Pambansang Krung-Krung ng Pilipinas” Sandara Park.
It was on Sunday, February 26 when Liza took to YouTube wherein she posted a 14-minute vlog giving some updates about her life including her past hardships in the entertainment industry and the formation of a new career path she is currently laying the groundwork for.
According to the 25-year-old actress, who has been an endorser and actress since she was 12 years old, it was only during pandemic when she had the opportunity to think back on her past as well as her goals for the future.
However, her revelation did not sit well with her former colleagues. Some even called her ungrateful. Apparently, there were netizens who unwittingly compared her to “Pambansang Krung-Krung ng Pilipinas” Sandara Park.
In a comment retrieved by Bandera from a Facebook page, a netizen said: “Sandy lang nag rebrand na walang eme eme! Pasavouge agad! Ganyan dapat Liza!” Another netizen noted: “Si Dara until now greatful kung sinu mga taong naging dahilan bakit sya naging sandara. No wonder. Until now mahal sya ng publico.”
Meanwhile, Sandara Park rose to fame when she became part of Star Circle Quest. After the competition, she ventured into show business.
However, she left the country to pursue a career in South Korea. She rebranded herself as “Dara” and became part of the girl group 2NE1. But the group which is behind the hits such as I Love You, I Am The Best and to name a few disbanded. Now, she’s focusing on her solo career.
