It’s Showtime host Vice Ganda pokes fun at Pinoy Henyo cheating issue
VICE GANDA – The It’s Showtime host poked fun at alleged cheating on Eat Bulaga segment “Pinoy Henyo.”
On February 14, couples participated in Pinoy Henyo. However, the program came under fire as Lyka and Ryan caught-in-the-act cheating by vigilant internet users.
The female participant was caught signaling her boyfriend the correct answer as the duo as they tried to guess the word “stomach.” The male contestant, on the other hand, was accused of signaling the word “Abra” to his partner after she properly guessed it.
Dabarkads Miles Ocampo and Ryan Agoncillo made a comment about cheating after the episode. Several Eat Bulaga hosts, including Henyo Master Joey de Leon, Allan K, and Jose Manalo, also expressed their opinions on “cheating”.
It is obvious that they are referring to the Valentine’s Day episode even if they did not specify which one. Despite Eat Bulaga having deleted the trending episode, days after the pair was exposed, internet users are still discussing it on social media.
Meanwhile, the cheating issue on Pinoy Henyo has reached ABS-CBN noontime program, It’s Showtime. During the grand finals of Girl on Fire, Vice Ganda poked fun at the controversial episode of Eat Bulaga segment.
Vice jokingly asked a contestant if she had watched the said episode of Pinoy Henyo. Watch the video below:
The management of Eat Bulaga has yet to issue an official statement to address the issue. But the sister of Lyka Alburo has released a statement after her sister was heavily criticized.
