VICE GANDA – The comedian earned the praises of netizens after giving 35000 pesos to driver instead of only P3500.

Jose Marie Borja Viceral also known as Vice Ganda, is a comedian, talk show host, television presenter, actor, entrepreneur, and singer. He is a regular host on ABS-CBN’s noontime variety show It’s Showtime and has starred in several films, eight of which are considered to be the highest-grossing in Philippine cinema.

He started out as a singer, then as a comedian for Punchline and The Library, whose owner Andrew de Real gave him the stage name “Vice Ganda”. The comedian is famous for helping many Filipinos especially those who are in need.

Recently, he and his fellow comedians went to Baguio then to Sagada. Before going to Sagada, they spotted a certain Gab at Dangwa Terminal. At the time, he’s waiting for passengers who wanted to go anywhere.

According to Gab, the driver, his wife wasn’t fully aware that he’s going to drive for Vice Ganda. While on their way to Sagada, the It’s Showtime host found out that his son was sick.

Gab told them that he was looking for a “raket” when they saw him in Dangwa since his son was sick. The 4-hour trip from Baguio to Sagada usually cost P4k. The kindhearted driver only asked 3500 from the comedian.

To his surprise, the comedian gave him 35,000 pesos. Vice said that he times 10 his supposed to be 3500 fair since it’s his birthday and his son was sick.
