Jon Gutierrez on Jelai Andres: “Kung ano ‘yung pagmamahal ko sa taong ‘yun, same parin”
JON GUTIERREZ – The Ex Battalion member who’s also known as “King Badger” admitted that he still loves his ex-partner, Jelai Andres.
Jon and Jelai married in October 2018, but the couple decided to call it quits in April the following year. They attempted to fix their marriage and reconciled during the lock-in taping of the GMA-7 prime-time series Owe My Love, which aired from February 15 to June 4, 2021.
However, last March 2021, Jelai revealed that she discover anew about Jon’s “kabit” and as expected, they decided to separate. Jelai even filed a concubinage complaint against Jon at the Department of Justice (DOJ). But no update yet regarding the case she filed.
It’s been two years since the two decided to part ways but in an interview with Mr. Phoebus, Jon Gutierrez admitted that he still loves Jelai Andres. “Hindi na mawawala ‘yun,” he said. “Kumbaga ‘yung pinagsamahan ang tagal din namin ni Jelai hindi mapapalitan ‘yung love ko para sa taong yon,” he added.
“Kung ano ‘yung pagmamahal ko sa taong ‘yun, same parin. Hindi siya nabawasan, legit. Kahit anong sabihin ng tao sa’kin, it doesn’t matter hindi magbabago ang pagmamahal ko sa taong ‘yon,” he continued.

His revelation has earned mixed reactions from the netizens. But Jelai has yet to react.
Meanwhile, Jelai Andres is currently being linked to actor-comedian Buboy Villar. But the two stressed that they are just “friends.”
