Here’s the reaction of Janina Vela to “back to work” post of Donnalyn Bartolome
JANINA VELA – The social media influencer took to microblogging site, Twitter wherien she reacted to the controversial “back to work” post of Donnalyn Bartolome.
Donnalyn is currently making rounds online following her “back to work” remark. In her post, she’s wondering why so many employees are sad when they return to work after the holidays. She exclaimed that they should be happy because there is another chance to improve their lives and the lives of their families.
According to her, she even prefers to work on the first day of January because “superstition ko may work ako buong taon pag ganun.” She also reminded the netizens to be grateful for having a job and if that work makes someone unhappy, he/she should find a job that will make him/her happy. In the last part of her post, she stressed that having a job is a blessing and people should change their mindset.
Her post continues to make a buzz online, garnering mixed reactions from the netizens. Among those who reacted is her fellow YouTuber Janina Vela.
“I understand Ate Donnalyn—pero sana maintindihan rin niya na hindi ganun ka simple para sa mamamayan na maghanap lang ng work na papakililigin ka. Some even struggle to find jobs with fair wages & work hours,” she noted. “Oo, kailangan natin maging grateful, pero valid mapagod at malungkot,” she added.
Meanwhile, Janina is popular on Youtube with her beauty tips and makeup tutorials. She posts videos of herself doing collaborations with Donny Pangilinan and to name a few. As of posting, she has over 700k subscribers on the video-sharing platform.
