On their birthday, Xyriel Manabat and Francine Diaz reenact the viral “omigad” video of Karen and Lyca
XYRIEL MANABAT and FRANCINE DIAZ – The “Dirty Linen” stars reenact the viral birthday reaction of Karen Davila and Lyca Gairanod.
The two young actresses are celebrating their birthday today, January 27. Both turned 19.
Recently, they went to their respective Instagram Stories wherein they posted some photos and clip of their birthday celebration on the set of ABS-CBN’s newest series.
Francine, on the other hand, took to her TikTok page wherein she uploaded a video of her Xyriel reenacting the viral video of Karen Davila and Lyca Gairanod. Her post was accompanied by the caption: “Friends muna si Chiara and Tonet for todays video.”
It was in August 2021 when Davila and Gairanod made rounds online over Karen’s viral reaction to realizing she has the same birthday as Lyca.
“Hindi ko alam ‘yun. Magka-birthday kami, Scorpio! That means magka-ugali tayo. We’re meant to meet! How many people ang makakatsamba mo, ini-interview ka, ka-birthday mo!” the broadcaster exclaimed before.

Meanwhile, Xyriel Manabat and Francine Diaz stars in the romantic comedy thriller drama television series Dirty Linen. It is directed by Andoy Ranay. It also stars with Janine Gutierrez, Seth Fedelin, Zanjoe Marudo, Jennica Garcia, Christian Bables, Tessie Tomas, Joel Torre, Janice de Belen, Angel Aquino, John Arcilla, Justin Rick Alonzo, and, Raven Rigor.
It was on January 23 when the series premiered on the Kapamilya Channel’s Primetime Bida evening block, A2Z, TV5, and worldwide via The Filipino Channel after replacing Flower of Evil.
It centers on the story of four househelpers who worked for a renowned aristocratic family and inexplicably disappeared one by one, leaving no trace. Four people came to execute horrible retaliation against the prestigious family.
