Rochelle Pangilinan: “Magaling na magaling na syang magayos ng buhok ni Shiloh!!”
ROCHELLE PANGILINAN – The celebrity mom recently took to social media to share how much of a girl dad her husband Arthur Solinap is.
Arthur Solinap is celebrating his 43rd birthday on Thursday, January 19.
On Thursday, Rochelle posted a series of photos of her husband and their daughter Shiloh on her Instagram account and also wrote a sweet birthday message for her husband to mark his special day.
She also posted a video where her husband can be seen hand-coming his daughter’s hair into a ponytail and also clipping barrettes onto his daughter in order to keep her hair in place.

In the caption of her social media post, she greeted her husband on his birthday and said that he’s the “perfect husband and perfect Daddy” to their daughter.
“Happy Birthday sa aming padre de familia! You are perfect husband and perfect Daddy to Shiloh! Praying na lagi tayong good health health everyday! Happy Birthday! We love you!” she wrote. “Swipe left! Magaling na magaling na syang magayos ng buhok ni Shiloh!!”
The couple tied the knot last August 2017 and welcomed their daughter last February 2019.
It was last May 2022 when Arthur surprised his wife with a birthday party held at Bondi&Burke in Makati City. At that time, the celebrity mom said that her dream was to have a face-to-face party and her husband surprised her with an intimate party.
“Pangarap ko lang magkaroon sana ulit ng face to face party,” she wrote at that time. “Lagi kong sinasabi kay Art na sana pwede ulit no gaya ng dati? Tapos biglang binigay sa kin ni God. Binigyan ako ni Art ng birthday surprise intimate party!”
