JC de Vera to his wife: “I will always choose you. In a heartbeat.”
JC DE VERA – The actor recently took to social media to share a message for his wife Rikkah Cruz on her 29th birthday.
Rikkah Cruz celebrated her 29th birthday last January 25, 2023.
On Wednesday, JC posted a video on his social media account and also wrote a sweet message for his wife to mark her special day. As seen in the said video, Rikkah was surprised after seeing a birthday cake.
In the caption of his post, JC thanked God every day for giving him the right partner in his life. The actor went on to express his love for his wife and also greeted her on her 29th birthday.
“I thank God everyday for giving me the right partner in life,” he wrote in the caption of his social media post. “I will always choose you. In a heartbeat. Happy birthday my love.”
JC and his wife announced that they’re expecting their second child by posting a video of their gender reveal party where they revealed that they’re expecting another baby girl.

The couple first tied the knot in a civil ceremony last 2018 and welcomed their first child months after getting married. It was last March 2021 when he shared in an interview with Erich Gonzales that he’s already a married man.
When asked how he knew Rikkah was “the one”, the actor said that he had a tough time courting her.
“Pinahirapan niya ‘ko. Dumaan ako sa butas ng karayom and hindi niya ‘ko binibigyan ng any window para pumasok ako sa buhay niya. Takot siya,” he said at that time. “Pero sabi ko nga, ‘Pinahirapan mo ‘ko, eh.’ Sinuyo ko talaga and decided ako na I’ll end up with you,”
It was last September 2021 when JC and Rikkah tied the knot for the second time in a church wedding held in Tagaytay.
