After what happened to her Birkenstock sandals, a netizen asks for help
BIRKENSTOCK – A female netizen took to social media wherein she asked for help after what happened to her pair of sandals.
Birkenstock is a German brand of sandals and other shoes known for their contoured cork footbeds (soles) made with layers of suede and jute that conform to the shape of their wearers’ feet.
It was in 1774 when Johann Adam Birkenstock founded the company which is headquartered in Germany. The original purpose of the company was create shoes that support and contour the foot, compared to the flat soles of many shoes during that time.
Birkenstock sandals are growing in popularity. Nowadays, you can find the brand’s footwear almost anywhere: on the street, at the beach, or at work, probably because they come in a variety of colors, models, shapes, and sizes.
Since they are quite expensive, people who wear their sandals and shoes take extra care in order for them to avoid wear and tear.
However, something unfortunate happened to the sandals owned by a certain Tin Montes. Recently, she went to the social networking site, Facebook particularly on the FB page, Homepaslupa Buddies 3.0 wherein he asked for help from the netizens.
Apparently, it appears that the right pair of her sandals was gnawed or nginatngat by an animal. Some netizens claimed that it was probably done by a dog.
“Pwede pa kaya to mga kaslappy buo pa naman dahon (emojis) baka may pinaglumaan kayong kanan akin na lang (emoji) #helpme,” she noted as the caption on her post.
