Claudine is known as “The Optimum Star” and is widely regarded as one of the most iconic actresses of all time. Her showbiz career began when she joined the ABS-CBN youth-oriented variety show Ang TV.
Her well-known roles include Mula sa Puso, Saan Ka Man Naroroon, Sa Dulo ng Walang Hanggan, Marina, and Iisa Pa Lamang. She also appeared in box office hits such as Dahil Mahal na Mahal Kita, Anak, Got 2 Believe, Kailangan Kita, Milan, Nasaan Ka Man, Sukob, and Etiquette for Mistresses.
Claudine Barretto is the youngest daughter of Miguel and Estrella “Inday” Barretto. Gretchen Barretto and Marjorie Barretto, her sisters, are both actresses. She married actor Raymart Santiago in 2006. However, they decided to split up in 2013. They had two children, Sabina and Santino Santiago.
On the other hand, Matet is an actress who began her career as a child star. She is the adopted daughter of Christopher de Leon and Nora Aunor.
Recently, Matet went to the social media platform, Instagram wherein she posted a photo of herself. It was accompanied by the caption: “Kdramas, books, lounging around, overthinking. New hobbies. Have a great week y’all”.
Claudine Barretto commented on her post, even calling her “baby sis.” She noted: “Miss u my baby sis (heart emoji) so pretty. To which Matet replied: “miss you te clau!!!”
