Sharing a series of photos on her social media account on Saturday, Maxene shared a total of 11 things she will let go of in 2023.

The first three things she will let go of are the following: negative self-talk, overthinking + overreacting, and toxic people who refuse to grow.

Maxene previously shared on her social media account a collection of her favorite quotes and information about toxic people.  At that time, she believed that toxic people are “not inherently bad or evil” as they’re “just lost souls who have not found their alignment yet”.

She also shared that she’s simply choosing to stay away from those who continuously drain her of her energy.

Maxene also previously shared that she went and had an embarrassing episode where she “overthink + overreact out of nowhere”. She went on to urge the public to never get ahead of themselves in their healing journey .
