IRRESPONSIBLE PASSENGER – Netizens were enraged by a passenger of a private vehicle after throwing her garbage from the moving car not just once but thrice.
Improper waste disposal is a major issue not only in the Philippines but around the world. It causes flooding in the city and clogging of the waterways.
Many people around the world lack the discipline to properly dispose of their trash. It is also one of the causes of increased waste around the world, and it has negative effects on people’s health.
Some Filipinos also lacked discipline and knowledge about proper garbage disposal. To protect our environment and in order to avoid negative effects on the environment and people’s health, this issue must be addressed.
Speaking of, netizens were enraged by a passenger of a private vehicle after throwing her garbage from the moving car not just once but thrice. The irresponsible disposal of garbage happened along Plaridel Bypass in Bulacan.

This is not the first time that such a thing happened. In 2020, a woman was caught in the act of throwing her garbage from a moving vehicle.
Meanwhile, according to the Anti-Littering Law; littering, Illegal dumping, and Illegal disposal of garbage as well as urinating, defecating, and spitting in a public place and to name are prohibited under the MMDA Regulation No. 96-009. Those who will violate this law are opted to pay a fine of 500-1000 pesos depending on the violation committed as well as do community service.
